Back to school

Hard to believe, but our summer break is officially over. As of today Hannah started 12th grade and Nadia started 10th grade. The last year our girls will be in the same school and who knows what next year will bring for Hannah... Hopefully only good things!

In case you missed it, Hannah is a SENIOR now!!
Here's her senior picture...

Falls ihr es nicht mitbekommen habt, Hannah ist jetzt ein "Senior", d.h. sie ist im letzen Schuljahr in der high school.
Hier ist ihr senior Bild...

    1. Thank you Kim. Our summer went by way to fast and I'm afraid this (Hannah's last) high school year will be over before we know it.

    1. Sue, we got out around May 23rd and had a tad shorter summer break this year. In exchange we'll have a whole week for Thanksgiving though and that's worth it. :-)

  3. Gorgeous, just gorgeous! I have a senior too, but we haven't started back to school yet. The public schools go back on the 17th here, but we won't start until the end of the month or after Labor Day, I haven't decided yet.

    1. Thank you Tracey. August is still a very hot month here, but as far as I know, they always started school back up then. It is a bit earlier than normal this year, but we still had enough time to enjoy our summer.

    1. Thank you Dianna! Their first day was ok, but still some kinks that need to be worked out. Both of their schedules are wrong and will need to be fixed this week. Some classes are missing, some (that they didn't ask for) were added... It's a big mess...

    1. Thank you Erica. We got out around May 23rd, so we've had a nice summer break and were sort of ready to get back into a normal routine. Best of luck to your kiddos!
